You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will be charged the full booking amount.
In case of a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Social events and parties are strictly forbidden!
Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets are allowed upon request in our Tallinn apartments only. A pet fee applies. Pets are not welcome in our Tartu apartments.
Guest apartment terms of use
- General Terms and Conditions
1.1. The guest apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
1.2. All guests must follow the apartment rules and local laws. - Booking and Payment
2.1. To confirm a booking, the guest must pay a deposit, the amount of which depends on the booking terms.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or within the agreed timeframe.
2.3. If a booking is cancelled, a cancellation fee may apply according to the booking terms. - Check-in and Check-out
3.1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. An additional fee may apply for late check-out. - Liability and Damages
4.1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings.
4.2. Guests must notify the owner immediately if they discover any faults or damage in the apartment. - Order and Hygiene Requirements
5.1. Guests must keep the apartment clean and tidy.
5.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, except in specially designated areas. - Pets
6.1. Pets are allowed in the apartment only by prior agreement and for an additional fee. - Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Guests’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for booking management. - Other Conditions
8.1. The owner has the right to change the terms of use with prior notice.
8.2. All disputes will be settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
